A monster that appeared in Season 1 and still has the highest 18 RBI among lower vanilla Fish.
The monsters that appeared in season 1 are still the lowest-ranked Normal Monsters, and there are only a few of them left.
As its name suggests, it has a rainbow-colored body consisting of seven colors, and it took me a long time to realize that the lips are orange... For some reason, the colors from red to purple are out of order.
In Season 1, low-level monsters with 18 RBIs or more only appeared in numbers that could be counted on both hands. It was a card that appeared, so it was also a monster that was treasured by many duelists.
Since it's level 4 WATER, it can also be used as an X material for Bahasha and Kragen, so I think it's worth prioritizing it in a Deck where it's convenient to have both Fish and Vanilla monsters, such as when using Coelacanth and Rabbit together. .

Overall Rating: Highest ATK for a low-level Fish, but less of a priority now with more support.
It is possible to deploy 2 from 《Rescue Rabbit》, Xyz Summon, remove it with 《Xyz Remora》, and revive it.
However, 《Buzzsaw Shark》and 《Lantern Shark》are also capable of lining up two 4-Star Fishes, which leads to ranks 3 and 5.
If you line up anything other than Xyz Monsters, the priority will go up, but if you specify WATER, you can also use 《Megalosmasher X》, so I'll give it a second thought.
