It is useful in that it can be fusion summoned by substituting 《Elemental HERO Sparkman》and fusion elements, and it can be used properly with other Elemental HEROs with 《Miracle Fusion》.

A fusion of Sparkman and Edgeman, it has built-in piercing and pseudo-sambre.
The removal itself is better than having a bad effect, but even though GY can be fused, the fused card cost requirement type is subtle. Like Wild Wingman, there is no turn 1, so you can use it as long as your hand allows, but it still hurts to pay one card at a time. The relatively easy-to-handle removal effect is attractive enough for the penetration effect from a reasonable hitting point. However, if you fuse "Sparkman" with a fusion substitute monster, you will have "Shining Flare Wingman", so you will need to consider adopting it considering the upper limit of the Extra Deck.
