《Psi-Reflector》can't be used as Synchro material for 《Doomkaiser Dragon》, but if you use it as Zombie's Synchro material.

It has a very powerful effect called Soul Charge, which is exclusive to Zombie, but when it first appeared, it was a monster with a low evaluation due to the time lag of Buster Mode. If you just want to revive, there are plenty of easy-to-use cards such as Zommus and the Book of the Living, so there is little need to go out of your way to use it, and Zombie's GY fertilization ability is low in the first place, making it unsuitable for mass deployment. It was also a headwind that it was a little over-spec.
On the other hand, the effect itself is valuable, and it is also true that he is the one and only existence of Zombie's first and probably last mass resurrection. In addition, we expect the loose condition of the effect to be activated by Special Summon in the future.

During Special Summon, you can revive as many undead as you like, and your own RBI is as high as 2900, which can be said to be an explosive effect.
The resurrected monster will negate the effect and self-destruct at the end, but there are no restrictions on its use, and I would like to connect it to a large monster.
As for the resurrection targets, there shouldn't be any problems with the targets given the Deathkaiser and the materials used for it.
It's an effect that's easy to use during your own turn, so I'd like to deploy it from zero in Buster Mode, which can be deployed immediately during your turn.
Also, Buster tends to turn into a dead card in your hand, but Death Kaizer's dedicated tuner, 《Plaguespreader Zombie》, can revive himself while returning his hand to his Deck, so it works well with Buster itself.
The drawbacks are the buster's accidental nature, the fact that it tends to take up the deck frame, and the fact that it is difficult to coexist with the reflector due to the specified materials for the deathkaiser.
Although it has its own quirks, it seems to be one of the few practical busters.

First of all, one Death Kaiser Dragon appears when he is Special Summoned, so if you synchronize with it and enter Buster Mode, the field should be pretty amazing. Furthermore, there are no usual attack restrictions.
