Comprehensive evaluation: It can utilize by the combo which utilized the battle position change.
You can use effects such as 《Crass Clown》and 《Dream Clown》repeatedly, or use 《Morphtronic Boomboxen》for battle position change combos such as negate two attacks and one attack.
A duck that can be combined with a penetration effect that puts the opponent's monster in Defense Position and destroys it with 《Tragedy》.
It doesn't work against Link Monsters, and it's late in the end phase, so it doesn't affect your opponent's actions much.

The timing is a bit late, like during the end phase, but I think the advantage of this card is that you can give your opponent a bit of time off because of that delay. Since it's going to be defensive at the end anyway, if you put it in attack position and block offense with something like Battle Fader, you'll end up with a monster that, contrary to his high ATK, exposes weak defensive power on the next turn.
However, at present, I think that the pressure put on him by the very troublesome existence of Link Monster has been considerably reduced, so I have to say that it is a bit difficult to operate as before.

By using cards that activate their effects by changing the battle position (Murder Circus, Dream Clown, etc.), it is possible to eliminate the opponent's monsters every turn.

Combining 《Dream Clown》and 《Tragedy》, which are triggered by changing the battle position, will allow you to earn more ads than you think.
