Comprehensive evaluation: If you do not consider the utilization of the monster made into hand cost, other cards are good.
If you want to use this card, it's good to use Darkest Diabolos, Lord of the Lair, which is high level and can self-regenerate from GY, as a cost, then self-regenerate and make it an attacker together.
"Infernoble Arms - Hauteclere", which has no cost, is more convenient if you want one to attack twice.
