It only selects that monster as the attack target, and there is no effect to force it.
It would be better to equip 《Raregold Armor》with 《Armory Call》.

If the opponent attacks with provocation, he usually has the means to defeat it, and he can't even play the role of stopping the attack.

Even though it's an early card, there's no reason to use it because it's limited in what it can do compared to them.
