A 1 star deck might work.
This is because 1-star Decks are not good at deploying from your hand, and if you attack at least once, you can definitely deploy 1-star on the next turn.
It would be nice if we could deploy 《Mystic Piper》while leaving the right to summon 《Kinka-byo》.

Comprehensive evaluation:《The Revenge of the Normal》sufficient.
Over there, you can get multiple monsters of level 4 or lower.
If you're going to use this, it's meaningless unless you aim for level 5 or higher, but fighting that many times takes too much effort.

It's a development card, but as it's been said, it's slow and depends on the opponent's actions, so it's hard to use. There are only Jack cards from the King era, which has a lot of industrial waste.

Yu-Gi-Oh also has a large card pool, so there are likely to be many cards that don't balance the return to effort.
This is definitely in that category.
First of all, the slowness of placing a gate counter at the end of the opponent's battle is a problem, and the more counters accumulate, the higher the chance of being killed. Attack negate is still required, at least in combination with a card that reduces damage by half.
By sending this card to GY as a return, you can Special Summon monsters with a level equal to or lower than the number of counters from "hand only", but the timing is only your main phase, and it will be removed in the opponent's main phase 2. It completely ruins the advantage of the long-awaited Continuous Trap because even the possibility comes out. Currently, there are some development cards such as Rival Arrival and Isshiki Instigation, so unless you are aiming for a very high level, it would be pointless to use it.

Since he can't activate Special Summon's effect at any time, he has to keep the monsters he wants to Special Summon in his hand until the main phase, which is inconvenient. At the very least, if he can ignore the summoning conditions and Special Summon, or if he can Special Summon from the Deck, there's more ways to use it.

First of all, since the trigger is battle, it is difficult to place multiple counters.
And the reward is to send this card to his GY and get the monsters below the number of counters "from the hand" as Special Summon.
It's almost impossible to get advanced, and it's too much work to get low, and what should I do with ad loss...

If you let Recruiter attack you, you can accumulate a lot of gate counters, but you can only Special Summon from your hand, so you don't need to use such a troublesome card. If you're aiming for the lower ranks, Double Summon or Ultimate Offering is fine if you don't consider it to be a Special Summon. Therefore, there is no other value than to aim to Special Summon high-level monsters, but compared to Raigeki Bottle, which can annihilate the opponent's monsters with 4 counters, the benefit received from this card is too small. prize.

The speed of accumulating on top of the other party's dependence is also slow.
And the reward is "from your hand"...
A card that makes you wonder if it's really a card that came out in the 6th term.

star gate. The slowly accumulating counter must indicate the level.
As long as the conditions are met, he can do Special Summon even if he is an advanced or superlative, but the condition is to be trampled by the opponent's monster, so you shouldn't aim for it.
Therefore, the target is low-level monsters that will accumulate quickly, and it will be level 1 or 2, but since you can only use Special Summon during your main phase, Double Summon will be enough, I think...
At least if the effect can be used at any time, or if it can be called from the Deck.

It's too much work.
You can use Ultimate Offering or Double Summon for Special Summons of lower class monsters, but I think it will be quite slow to aim for Special Summons of higher class monsters.
While you're accumulating counters on this card, you've already successfully summoned the monster you want...
