It feels like a big mess,
Do you understand?
For the time being, he is a Level 4 Pendulum Tuner. P tuner. It is easy to forget here. Additionally, using this card in the Pendulum Deck allows you to:
● Change the battle position of yourself and your opponent's monsters
● Destruction of the opponent's Spell/Trap
-If destroyed in the P zone, bounce your own P zone
Spell/Trap destruction is a universal effect, so you can use any of his decks, but there aren't many of his decks that you want to use summoning rights.
The value of this card is that it can present three options with one card. There are still many monsters with poor defense, and many of his decks rely on single Field Spells and Continuous Spells. P-zone bouncing could easily be achieved with Metalfoes. In addition, if it can be used for synchro, it can be said that it was reasonably useful.
・Put aside whether it contributes to victory.
Also, the mysteriously subtle P scale is sadly becoming more and more difficult to use. But this card has a mysterious charm. It's the same with the question of what's going on with races and attributes, but the text feels like a mess, and it feels like you can do anything and you can't reach the itch. Really funny. I think that if you can use this kind of card well, you will be able to smile.
・Put aside whether it contributes to victory.

It looks like a Machine, but it's a Thunder.
Special Summon from the EX Deck and summoning S will remove the pledge, the effect of changing your battle position when summoned, the effect of destroying one Spell Trap on the field when your battle position is changed, the effect of destroying in the P zone It has the effect of returning another P zone card to the owner's hand, and the P effect of changing the battle position of your P monster and your opponent's monster.
Although he is a Level 4 P Tuner, he is good at general-purpose 《Hallohallo》and 《Magicalibra》because of the lack of support as an S summoner and the nature of being excluded when used for an S summon.
The P effect is a mediocre battle position change, and it requires P monsters, so it's difficult to adopt unless it's his Deck that introduced P monsters. In spite of that, the fact that the scale is odd is also a tough place. But on the other hand the monster effects work well together, allowing him to change his form and remove his Spell Trap at the cost of summoning. It can move like Lyra, and is a level 4 tuner.
It may be a relic of the past, but it's an interesting card with elements that were strong in the past.

Comprehensive evaluation: It is a tuner that can be used as a removal agent for Spell/Trap, and can be comboed with Metalfoes' P effect, making it agile.
It's a Pendulum Monster and Tuner, and can only be banished when Synchro Summoning.
If you use it as a link material, you can aim for repeated developments with P summons, so if you want to make use of the characteristics of a tuner, it would be a link material.
The P effect has few uses as it can be used to hit the opponent's monster in Defense Position or to trigger the effect of a monster with the same name.
Monster effects are useful, and removal of spells and traps can be done by changing the battle position, so you can aim for the flow of changing battle position → removal → synchro summoning.
I can use it even if I summon it, but I want to use the summoning right separately.
Its greatest strength is its ability to bounce cards in the P zone when destroyed.
If you destroy this card with Metalfoes' P effect, set Parametalfoes Fusion, and bounce Metalfoes, he can use Metalfoes and this card in the EX Deck to use Parametalfoes Fusion as is.
With 《Luster Pendulum, the Dracoslayer》, you can destroy this card and search for a card with the same name.

According to my research, it's the first Thunder Pendulum Monster (and a tuner), so it's a card with potential, but it's a card that's hard to evaluate at the moment.
It is probably a card that assumes the following: (1) change your battle position → (2) destroy your own P zone and clear it → (3) somehow destroy yourself and place it in the P zone, but the P effect It can't be said that it's a beneficial effect enough to do that, and above all, Thunder and P summoning are not meshing at all at present.
Even if you look at Thunder's level 4 tuner, there is his Vylon Prism, which is more versatile, so it is a gray zone card whether to prioritize it or not.
In general, the only way this card works is to P-summon itself and remove his Spell Trap on the opponent's face. It's practically a P monster version of Breaker, but I have some doubts about whether this card can be a solution to the opponent's continuous Spell Trap interference.
