Since the material designation and recruiting destination were too loose, it exceeded the area of the expected new star of his Deck, which is the main axis of Level 2.
I understand the purpose of strengthening level 2, but why did you make it possible to recruit all level 2 without even negate the effect of apology...
On top of making it extremely easy to set up mochi, for some reason it tries to share its disadvantages with the opponent, so it takes care of Nibiru and even interfering with some of the opponent's turns.
The only weak point is that it is weak not only to negate the effect but also to removal in most situations because it is designed to remove the Xyz material when the effect resolves.
