Comprehensive evaluation: 《Batteryman Charger》seems to be more immediate and useful for Recruit.
Recruit needs to be reversed and Draw needs to be destroyed in combat.
You can use 《Book of Taiyou》etc. to reverse and deploy monsters to aim for a Link Summon, but you can't aim for a draw.
