Dragon is a major race though. Due to the high-speed environment, I feel that there are many situations where it can not even be activated.
Major = Mostly powerful. I think it has lost its credibility as a simple meta.
However, the synergy with Sandra is strong because it can share the racial support and the lightning that activates the effect in the hand. In that respect, I think that if it's a deck that is compatible with it, it's still a candidate for the side.

I just wish I could get it working...

"Change of Heart" limited to Machine and Dragon. Both are major categories, so if you put it in the side deck etc., it will work. However, extras are often of different races, so there is a possibility that they will rot against opponents who are mainly extras. Also, control will be returned during the end phase, so it's a good idea to prepare a means to handle it as soon as it's released.

If I put it in the Machine meta, I'd like to put it in with Sydra (Kimefo) so that it can deal with the monsters it steals.
