Ritual Monster of "@Ignister" with high attack performance
Monsters with low ATK can be removed with the effect of ①, and monsters with high ATK can be weakened with the effect of ②③.
Also, if you use the effect of 《Hiyari @Ignister》, you can easily prepare for a ritual summon, so it's easy to use for a Ritual Monster.
However, in the "@Ignister" Deck, which is built around Link Summoning monsters in the EX Deck, 《ai Ritual》and this card tend to be impurity, even though it is only 2 cards.

Ritual Monster has become much easier to put out thanks to its solidity. In battle, I feel that it is a strong monster in the strongest class among @Ignister.
You can search for this card and Ai's Ritual by Releasing Linguriboh with Hiyari's effect.
It also has a built-in dynamic bounce effect, but it's a pity that it's difficult to make use of the power line for monsters with 2300 or less that are used as expansion cards. It is safe to consider it as a bonus. The favorite is to forcibly break through the battle by halving the power.
It was also used in anime. Light Dragon's resurrection effect will also be easier to use.
Since it is a Ritual Monster, I think it would be better to use a pin, but I think it is a good card that has a lot of breakthrough power.

I think that the effect of (1), which bounces all monsters with ATK 2300 or less, is worth it.
The GY cost of the weakening effect of (2) is that in the process of searching for this card and "Ai's Ritual" with "Hiyari @ Ignister", one Link Monster is sent to her GY, so the GY cost is I think it's naturally sourced.
With the effect of (3), I think that it is also excellent that it can deal with ATK 4600 by itself.

Aqua soul.
It is quite strong in combat due to its delicate range of overall bounce and two types of debuff effects.
In particular, it is excellent that it can handle up to 4600 RBIs due to the effect of halving the ATK of the opponent's monsters.
Switching performance is high.

If you use the effect of Hiyari @Ignister, the ritual summoning conditions for this card will be ready in no time. Bounce with ATK 2300 or less, ATK 0, ATK halved, and all three effects are related to the opponent's monsters. However, his ATK of 0 requires returning all his Link Monsters to the EX Deck, which is inflexible. ATK half reduction is also an effect that activates during damage calculation, so it is necessary to go through battle. It's very subtle to say that I'm going to put an accident worker called a ritual in @Ignister.

A large @Ignister of water that lurks in Meibo and governs rituals.
At the time of ritual summoning, he has the effect of bouncing all opponent monsters with ATK 2300 or less, and by returning all his GY links to his hand, he has the effect of reducing the ATK of one opponent monster to 0, and battles with opponent monsters. Sometimes it has the effect of halving his ATK.
Is the ritual summoning of Ai, which has excellent material replacement effects and compatibility with near misses, the best? The effects of the ritual summons are somewhat strict on his ATK, but the overall bounce that doesn't target is attractive. Although his ATK is low, his own effect halves his opponent's ATK, so if he does not negate the effect, he can effectively handle up to 4600 RBI. It also has an activation effect that reduces ATK to 0, and can support other cards that seek battle destruction such as the Dark Knight. The cost is heavy with all his Link Monsters in his GY and can't be abused, but you could also say you can reuse GY's Links.
Cards that are extremely strong in combat are valuable in @Ignister. Is it a neck that makes construction a little difficult because of the ritual?

With Hiyari and the presence of the Cyber Switch, it's not difficult to prepare for summoning.
It has an overall bounce effect, but the effective opponent tends to be limited due to the delicate range. Since it doesn't refer to the original RBI for the time being, the range can be expanded if used in combination with weakening.
It has two types of weakening effects and has high combat power. 2 requires a GY cost, but the certainty is high. For Cybers, Link is a good resource for his GY and can be a means of reuse, and in some cases it can be an advantage, but @Ignister has a lot of revivals, so it's not a good match.
3 is no cost, but less certainty than half. However, I think that processing up to basic 4600 is enough.
If possible, I would like to line up other attackers from the two types of weakening.
I don't think the performance is bad, but there are many things that are necessary, and it takes some time to operate.
Postscript: +1 because it was easier to use than I thought
