Sometimes it has the effect of halving his ATK.
Is the ritual summoning of Ai, which has excellent material replacement effects and compatibility with near misses, the best? The effects of the ritual summons are somewhat strict on his ATK, but the overall bounce that doesn't target is attractive. Although his ATK is low, his own effect halves his opponent's ATK, so if he does not negate the effect, he can effectively handle up to 4600 RBI. It also has an activation effect that reduces ATK to 0, and can support other cards that seek battle destruction such as the Dark Knight. The cost is heavy with all his Link Monsters in his GY and can't be abused, but you could also say you can reuse GY's Links.
