It's nice to be able to deal with both effects and battle damage, but it's hard to tie only the hand and the turn that comes out. If I could get him out of GY or at least have the same ties as Pain, I would have been in the range of hiring him... Good

It has the same summoning reaction block as Sangenjin, but it doesn't make much sense because if you get hit by a summoning reaction before it evolves, you won't be able to get it. The main effect is of course the card blocking effect. The only thing the opponent can do is set cards, and it has tremendous control power. RBI is unstable with material × 1000, but it becomes difficult for my father to increase underlays such as Ray and One from Hope. However, it does not have any weak points such as free chain removal and torrent burial because it only blocks the opponent's turn. Also, the Special Summon from the Extra Deck is limited to his Raidraptor, which is a disadvantage, so using Fuzzy Rainiers is more convenient. The place where I wanted you to prepare the GY activation effect at least. Isn't Vulture treated too coldly compared to Rainiers? Good
