In modern times, as long as there is a card called Nutos, you can't be overconfident because it's convenient to let your opponent choose, but even so, it's a minor card that puts a wait on EX-dependent modern Yu-Gi-Oh. Many of his decks don't use Nutos, so he's a pretty nasty card for decks that do. If you put it side by side with Rift and Dark Row, it will be a genuine EX destruction and nothing more annoying.
Of course, it's fun to play the role of a card that unilaterally drops your own EX by sending it, but it's a bit difficult to use since Samoso is banned.

At first glance, the card seems to be used only for the purpose of restraint. However, the true value of this card can be demonstrated when it is "sent".
Destroy his own EX Deck with Lone Fire Blossom, which can aim for continuous recruiting, and drop Cyber Dragon Nova and his Machine Fusion Monster.
Since it is treated as sent to his GY by the opponent's effect, a large amount of his Cyber end can be deployed.
If you drop Cyber Dragon Nova and deploy Valvaroid, you can also summon Seven Shins.
Other than that, drop Nutos to remove it, or drop Omega to use Petit 《The Transmigration Prophecy》effect...

2900 RBI isn't bad considering it can be summoned from the Fracture Dragon.
