Strength

The romance of Crystal Bell is not half-baked. Unlike Funcus, Crystal Bell can be copied without consuming GY Ads, so he can copy and use the effect of the fusion material used in Miracle Synchro Fusion first. Also, if you leave the copy target in his GY, you can use it every turn. At first glance, Bell seems to stand still and have low control power during the opponent's turn, but by copying 《Ultimaya Tzolkin》, you can deploy monsters with control power every turn. And what is very important is that you can copy the effect of Armitile and deal damage. This is an effect that cannot be imitated by Funkas. Or rather, there are almost no other Decks that can use Armitile on a practical level.
In WW, Crystal Bell is a delicate card that consumes a lot, becomes unstable when a fusion gimmick is added, and it is difficult to prepare a strong copy target for GY. Effectiveness is also always compared to Funkas, which consumes less. Therefore, it is a card that is rated quite low, but there is also his deck that can make the most of it, so I introduced it. Decks that use a small amount of Extra GY Fertilizer include Nekroz and other Ritual Summons that use Gerd Gras, but there is only "Zaborg the Mega Monarch" that uses a large amount of Extra GY Fertilizer. In other words, there is currently only "Zaborg the Mega Monarch" Deck that can maximize the use of Crystal Bells. This is also due to the appearance of Chimera Fresia, otherwise it would have been treated as a real industrial waste. As the card pool increases, there are many cards that will be re-evaluated at the environmental level, but I would like to search for various things at the fan deck level as well.

Weakness

The biggest weakness is that the field is empty due to the effect of Chimera Frecia, and the fusion will be carried over to the next turn. This is structurally unavoidable... (However, there are many cases where the use of extras is prohibited during the turn of Tribute Summon due to King Monarch support, so it may be said that it is within the regulations.)
Also, it is difficult for him to use gimmicks such as Zoodiac and Brilliant because of the extra pressure. (Are you still able to go to yellowtail?)
It's a gimmick that can only be used once, as it's difficult to recover extras due to the Ω limit. (I don't think I can use Gourai Monarch's effect twice...)

The main Deck is just a Monarch Deck that doesn't overwhelm the extras, so feel free to change it.
It's basically an introduction to Gourai Monarch and extra gimmicks, so I'd appreciate it if you could think about the main things.
For example, I think there's a form that's completely dedicated to Gourai Monarch with lots of Photon Sanctuaries and hand swaps. Perhaps if the Super Quantum gimmick was alive, it would have been a good match.
Super hippopotamus also serves as a defense against issuing tokens, but it is a double-edged sword that cannot be fused if tokens remain, so it is better to change it.
It might be nice.
If you don't want flexibility, one Nutos is fine. In this case it might be compatible with the Zoodiac gimmick as well.
Of course, you can change Armitile, Ultimaya, and Crystal Wing to other cards.
(However, since there is an upper limit to the number of extras, it is better to focus on the power of the card used only as a copy source of Crystal Bell and combine it with the fusion material monsters described later to achieve versatility.)
Beast + Parkion + Extrio can also be changed to a different trump card with an emphasis on romance and story.
