Playing

Until a long time ago, Strak with this title was released. When I recreated it, many banned cards were mixed in, so he tried building a deck.
It's a configuration that either goes for hitting with Tidal or Neo, or depends on extras.
The former's main job is to drop "Treeborn Frog" (it's not M*ka!?) into his GY as soon as possible, secure its release, and put it up as a wall. If it comes to your hand, you can use it as a cost for Stream or Archer.
☆I will write about the difference between Aquaria and 《Treeborn Frog》☆
Aquaria has higher stats than Frog, but requires an exclusion cost. Since the effect is also not good, I think that there is not much difference even if it is based on which one. And when it first comes into your hand, it will definitely spoil if you don't have a way to deal with it. However, if you keep it in your hand, it's hard to find out, so if you use it with Daedalus and others, Neo's anger will explode more easily.
《Treeborn Frog》can be revived as many times as the text says, creating a wall at least once, and unlike Aquaria, it can be reused many times. On the other hand, it has low stats, so it is useless against penetrating monsters, and it is not good at monsters that can attack continuously. Therefore, overconfidence is prohibited. Of course, the risk of being excluded because it is "seen by the other party" gradually increases as time goes by.

Strength

When Neo's anger explodes, the whole area becomes empty. If you take advantage of that and send Tidal to GY, it's strange, you'll deal more than 4000 damage all at once♪
However, in order to get Tidal out, he needs GY or 2 water monsters in his hand to get out, so don't forget. Even if you say, it should be a lot of fat enough by the time it's decided to be clean.
In preparation for that, Treeborn Frog, securing the release of Aquaria, his Deck compression with Kumato and Skreech, and his GY fertilization are key. Of course, there is also a method of forcibly bringing in the Golden Chest, but you can't add it until you wait 2 turns, so be careful of the time lag when specifying something other than Tidal.

Weakness

Special Summons and cards that negate effects are natural, but dueling with Dark World requires special attention. Because Neo's anger shifts to Grapha, and Neo immediately says goodbye. And since the opponent can summon Grapha just by drawing one low-level Dark World, when he really wants to use Neo's effect against the Dark World opponent, he will look at the hand information such as Aoi and "Mind Crush". It is necessary to devise such as inserting a card that can be used.
Also, since the sea must be used as a cost, even if you are ready to deploy, there is no point in putting it out if one of them is not there. Of course, there are only 3 seas, so it's pretty big to stop once.
If you increase the number of seas, the probability of drawing will increase accordingly, but since it does not make sense by itself, the possibility of accidents also increases.

Customize

Against opponents like Dark World, don't force Neo and play Daedalus.
Also, instead of Daedalus, I think it would be a good idea to use Codarus as the axis. In that case, while paying attention to the low stats of 《Codarus》, you will need to use the sea as a cost to ravage the field.
By unifying the Deck's races with the Sea Serpent, you can also fully activate the effects of the Daeva and her Atlanteans. As for the Diva, you can immediately connect to Synchro and Xyz, so you can launch a surprise attack.
