A fish tuner that self-revives under different conditions than the banned card Gunner.
In contrast to Gunner, who discards 1 card from his hand and revives himself when there is a monster on the field that meets specific conditions, this one discards 1 of his WATER monsters when there is no one on his field and revives himself. and its effect is named Turn 1.
What they have in common is that even if they leave the field after self-revive, they will not be removed, and Special Summon will not impose any restrictions on them.
However, at the start of the battle phase of the turn that self-revives, all monsters other than WATER will be blown up by the effect of not activating your own monsters, so it is difficult to let the deployed general-purpose monsters participate in the battle smoothly.
However, this disadvantage can be overcome by not entering the battle phase or by activating it in main 2, which has already finished the battle phase, and avoiding it by changing the monster's attribute to WATER with other effects, and enduring effect destruction resistance. In addition, it can also be used to self-destruct monsters with destruction trigger effects.
Since it is at a different level than the Gunner, it can be used in many different ways, so if you can master some of its quirks well, I think it has the performance to be the most powerful player in the WATER tuner.

A precious Fish tuner. If you want a 3* tuner in Fish, this card will be your pick from Greedys.
It has a self-revive effect that requires photostra conditions and hand cost. In exchange for that, he destroys everything except WATER monsters before entering the battle phase, but if you (1) only spawn WATER monsters, (2) incorporate destruction into combos, and (3) never enter the battle phase in the first place or resurrect in main 2, you can get away with it. There are many ways.
It's a Fish tuner, it's self-revive, and it's a pretty rare card, so it may be a niche demand, but I think there's definitely a deck you need.

It's a self-regenerating tuner, and like the launcher, it also requires water uniformity, but there are no exclusion demerits, and it's less likely to interfere with the range of construction over there.
It is necessary to solidify the deployment with water by BP, but if there is no need to enter BP, it does not matter, and since the number of destruction resistant and useful water EX monsters is increasing, improvements are being made.
I would like to combo with his Atlantean card cost.
Since the level is different from Gunner and Launcher, that side is also a big point of differentiation.
It has its quirks, but I think it will expand the range of development of water decks.

Although there are conditions, I think that a tuner that can self-regenerate is excellent.
When entering the battle phase, it is difficult to connect to syncs other than WATER, so I think you need to be careful.
If it's a "Fish" deck, you can salvage it with Whitefish Salvage by making his hand cost a WATER "Fish" monster, so I don't think it's a waste.

Even though it's a resurrection without the disadvantages of a system that is already excluded or negates the effect
Because it's a level 3 tuner, it's easy to sync and xyz.
In addition, at the start of the battle phase, the monsters on your field
Since everything can be destroyed, I deliberately made a card that can be activated from her GY other than WATER.
It might be an ant to try hiring.

Um, you're a tuner, right?
I put it in the gradle. Strength.
If you revive while throwing slime or his Fishborg away, the cost is not the cost. In Gradle, you can make Douloren with this card + Low Grade Gradle. You can collect 《Oasis of Dragon Souls》. You can also become Gungnir at level 4. However, you can't put out almost anything other than the monsters listed here, so think carefully.
Self-playing tuners are not excluded! Hooray!

A tuner with self-regeneration is not weak
The level is high for a self-regenerating tuner, and there are no restrictions such as exclusion or once per duel, which is rare.
If you use Fishborg Doctor as a cost, you can get Buppa and Gungnir without summoning rights,
If you use Atlantean as a cost, you can remove the opponent's disturbing cards while deploying

Successor to Gunner.
From GY he becomes an Atlantean trigger, can be searched with an abyss spike, and he's a tuner like he was born for Atlantean Mermail.
The level is also easy to get to 3 stars, and it is easy to get rank 3.
Disadvantages can be avoided by using only water or skipping the battle phase.
If he falls to GY, he can use it every turn, so he doesn't put pressure on the deck.

It's a tuner that can self-revive, which is rare for this kind of effect, and it's pretty powerful because it can be used repeatedly. It has the disadvantage of destroying monsters other than WATER, but since it can be used not only for Synchro but also for Xyz, you can also use it to make "Revis Dragon" stand up. The hand cost can also be a trigger, such as "Atlantean".

I am indebted to Ice Barrier
Excellent star 3 water tuner
It's a simple job to revive him from GY by discarding his hand and make Gungu.
The disadvantage is a problem that can be avoided in main 2

It's like a Fishborg/Gunner whose effects are well tuned.
A good card to further strengthen Atlantean

Use it. Use with Atlantean. I honestly don't have the space to put it in Mermail, but it's highly rated for being a self-playable tuner. Decks with Atlantean don't care much about the downsides
It's also a good idea to ditch the heavy armor and sniper and throw away the Dragoons and bring in Synchro materials to help with later developments.

What can I do without being complacent (ry
The effect seems to be saying "Please use it with Atlantean or Mermail".
I am very grateful to be able to prepare for a counterattack from an empty state. If I were to synchronize, it would be Gungu or Duro. Xyz would be a revise.

The bindings are a little stricter than the Gunner, but even so, there are very few Tuners who can revive themselves. I feel like it's going to be banned or restricted.
The demerit effect can be covered by using WATER in short.
It looks like Mermail will be on a business trip to his WATER Deck...

Fishborg. It's been promoted again.
No matter how you look at it, it's written as a toy with mermail.
The cost to revive him also triggers Atlantean, and the downside is easily avoidable with Revise Dragon.
Mermail's means of counterattacking, or rather easily summoning Rank 3 Xyz, he has a premonition of acclaimed success as a trigger that uses Atlantean.
Is it easier to use the Genex mixed type, which is easy to fertilize GY?

(...why is Konmai putting out a tuner even though he can't sync to ZEXAL?)
The revive effect can be easily activated with 《Foolish Burial》, and at the worst, he can use Synchro Monster in one turn. Why did you really strengthen the syncro, Konmai?

This time Archer's Servant t(ry
When the place was empty, he said, "Isn't it okay if I beat that one?"
As a compensation, except for WATER, it has the disadvantage of drowning with ideals.
The good point is that it's not as fragile as the Atlantean's trigger or the banned Gunner, and it's not as lagging as the Launcher.

A tuner that can revive itself, Mermail's toy.
If you revive and Normal Summon, you can immediately call Revise or Gungu, and you can also search with Abyss Pike.
Also great for triggers like Atlantean.
In addition, since there are no disadvantages such as being "excluded", it is a nice piece that can be reused many times.

very useful card
Rather than strong, the image of convenience is strong (= strong)
It is a self-regenerative tuner and can be used many times and is level 3
Oi oi no matter how convenient it is lol
Synchro & Rank 3 Xyz are also possible if you put it in Mermail lol
Is this card's biggest mistake being level 3?
This card goes well with Mr. Wind-Up, who is active in any deck.
As you can see by writing so far, Wind-Up has destruction resistance and has a subsequent destruction effect.
You can also aim for a combo with this card's destruction effect.

I just don't feel like becoming a mermail toy
In addition to being able to self-regenerate, unlike the planter, it can be activated any number of times during a duel, and it is also an excellent level 3. It can also be an Atlantean trigger. Disadvantages are completely irrelevant if you issue revises.
