So we have won. There were various circumstances that there was a lag until posting.
The operation method is to set up Gaio Abyss if it is first. This will stop all of his decks below medium sized.

The impregnable combination is truly a threat. If you don't have enough superlative monsters in your hand, set Fear or Linde and pass the turn. From End Fear to Pike ss and Archer Search you can definitely get Braro on the next turn.
If you attack second, use sniper or heavy armor to carefully deploy the situation. Kappa is effective against Evilswarm opponents.

Strength

In the past, his Mermail tended to be swayed by his deck because of how he approached the opponent, but thanks to Dinik Abyss and Tidal, he was finally able to create a winning pattern. He's strong against Evilswarm and his Constellar due to his heavily armored Karoshi, and he can consistently beat Inzek and Brotherhood of the Fire Fist thanks to his three Tuner Effect Veilers.

Weakness

You can basically beat any of his decks. But, after all, Madou's "Spellbook of Fate" is a demon. You need luck to draw an iron wall so that this can not be activated. Magic has a win rate of about 40%.
Also, it's a battle phase skip type card. Certainly Gaio Abyss' control power is the highest among all cards. However, if Dragon Ruler's , Brotherhood of the Fire Fist's , or Magic's can endure it, it's dangerous.

Customize

After all, 《Moulinglacia the Elemental Lord》will be on the top of the list. If you can undefeat the Dragon Ruler's Scarecrow with this, you're good to go. If you do your best, you can do lead abyss and three leading handicap. Also, I'm thinking about adopting 《Abyss-squall》. It's a very interesting card, and it's a good card with few drawbacks.
PS: I will update it from time to time to improve Deck.
Note: It's now August 13th. With the new restriction revision approaching, we expected traps to increase in the next environment, so we changed the construction significantly. Gaio is very vulnerable to his Spell Trap, so Cyclone removes as much of it as possible. We've added salvage and increased the number of cards that can solve top decks with just one card. The only card that interferes with the opponent is Gaio, and the rest of the build is to comfortably hit the opponent with his original Mermail movement.
