It starts with using dragoons as a cost.

From Deck ⇒ Nepto Genex Undine (Diva)
From hand ⇒ Pike, Megalo, Dinik
The deployment power is amazing, so even if there is a slight accident, let's bring out the Skaldet and adjust it.
As long as there are no serious issues, I think it will be a moveable hand if there is no interference.

Thanks to Abyssmander, I was able to get VFD as well.

Cards Required: Dinyk + Dragoons
Discard Dragoons for the Dinik cost to Special Summon, Mander and Neptosearch respectively
Nepto Normal Summon activates the 2nd Dragon Knight as a cost, and the 3rd Dragoon and Megalo Search respectively.
Use Megaromander and Dragoon as a cost to activate a special summon effect. Mulan Search with Dragoon Effect
Turn Nepto on the field into Linkuriboh or release it with Megalo's effect (if it's the 2nd turn or later).
GY has 5 WATER, so Mulan Special Summon and 2 handicap.
Exclude GY's Mander, increase Megalo and Dinik's level by 2, and summon VFD to X.
If you turn Neptosearch into a Diva, you can set up Sara Kivis.
Mulan can also be put out after removing Mander.

Weakness

There are no hand triggers at all.
《Macro Cosmos》or《Dimensional Fissure》or Dark Row.
It can be out of breath when unfolded and returned.
