In Atlantean, his Mermail fetched with Dikuniabis is usually only food for Megalo Abyss, so this card that can be connected to Rank 4 from 《Abyss-sphere》on the next turn is quite delicious. Rare level 4 mermail that triggers GY. But what I want from Mermail isn't this effect...
Assuming that the technique to send to GY can be managed with the effect of Mermail and others, I'm happy that the range of level increase is wide, 1 to 2.
However, for the convenience of raising everyone's level, it is meaningless unless the level is aligned because fine level adjustments cannot be made.
Moreover, the romance of high-rank Xyz can't be used that much because there is a useful card called Lemuria.

A monster whose level can be adjusted with Mermail. However, since it raises the level of all Mermails in the field, it is not possible to Xyz unless the level of Mermails in the field matches. Interesting effect, though.

This guy is licking his life. No, I'm not exactly human.
It's attractive to be able to put out a rank that can't be put out with a normal mermail.
However, if you turn it around, you have to put a monster of a rank that you can't put out without this guy in the 15 cards, so I want to go carefully. Pinned rank 5 or rank 8?
It doesn't matter, but if you have two of these guys in GY, you can even get Gustav. That's a waste of extra money.

Mermail does nothing on the field and supports GY.
A card that is completely for genuine Mermail, and allows for a wide range of Xyz.
The problem is how to send him to GY, but Mermail has a lot of hand cost personnel, so it would be nice to make use of it.
However, although the possibilities expand, it puts pressure on the EX. Be careful not to be overwhelmed by possibilities.

When I wondered what Mander was, it turned out to be a salamander and Japanese pepper fish.
He can manipulate Mermail's level by excluding a very nice overseas Mermail from her GY. Linde and Orke are ranked 4-5, Pyke and Taj are ranked 5-6, and Megalo and Dinik are ranked 8-9. It is a rather difficult effect to say whether there is.
