Comprehensive evaluation: Place where you want to combine with other cards that can move during the opponent's turn.
Special Summon itself can be used with any deck, but even if you put it on your opponent's turn, if you don't do anything in particular, it will just be defeated.
Since it's level 5, it's possible to use it in conjunction with Hop Ear Squadron to remove Black Rose Dragon during the opponent's turn.
If you use yourself in your hand for the cost of putting yourself out, you can move from GY to his Special Summon, and depending on the conditions, he can go to GY and revive him on the turn.

There are few troubles with triggers, and there are originality and combo characteristics.
However, it feels heavy to request a hand every time it is activated, and although it is easy, it is difficult to actively move because it is a trigger that depends on the opponent.
As mentioned above, depending on the card you use, you can do interesting moves, but if you turn it over, it will depend more on combos, so I think it has a strong quirk.

A card that allows Special Summon at virtually no cost. There aren't many decks that don't Special Summon, so they don't spoil much.
Having said that, it's natural that your opponent will use his Special Summon on their turn, and it will be easily removed and attacked, so you should aim for a combo with a card that can get in the way.
The first thing that comes to mind is still Topologic Bomber, but with the expansion of the card pool, there are cards that work well together.
That is Steam Synchron and 《White Aura Whale》. Put out steam, put out dragon ice in conjunction with his opponent's special summon, and accelerate synchronizing to destroy all the opponent's attack position monsters.
Conversely, there are only so many ways to use it.

WATER/Dragon monsters with relatively loose Special Summon conditions. It's interesting that even if you simply discard this card itself as a cost, you can Special Summon. It's a defensive ability that can be a wall, but it's not something you can rely on too much, so you'll need to devise ways to use "Atlantean" as a cost.

A semi-advanced 5☆ card that comes out in response to the Special Summon.
If it's from your hand, you can discard it at no cost.
It's a status that can stop Sydra, and it works well with Synchro.
In particular, he's great with Atlantean, discarding hoplites and doing his Special Summon allows him to thwart opponents while deploying.
An excellent card that is passive but can play a bitter role.

When I was thinking about what kind of dragon it was, there was a guy who looked like Monster Hunter.
Good quality as a synchro material with Gungu, Lemon, and Trish.
Strong when paired with Atlantean.

A monster that can be summoned from your hand or GY by cutting your hand during the opponent's Special Summon. It has 2200 defense, so it's strong against low class monsters.
Since it's WATER, you can activate the effect if you use Kaioh instead of consuming cards from your hand.
From Diva Normal Summon, you can get Trish by synchronizing with Heavy Troops!

It's sometimes used by Mermail, perhaps because it's a trigger for Atlantean. Not only from your hand, but also from GY, it will surprise you in response to Special Summon, so it's quite annoying.
Since it depends on the other party, there are some unstable parts, but it is easy to function even with a pin insertion, so it is fun to insert it if there is an extra frame.

A monster that appears in response to the opponent's Special Summon.
If it's a simple wall monster, Gagaga Gardna or Battle Fader would be better.
It's definitely easy to use, but it's a piece that greatly increases its usefulness in terms of WATER.
Synchro Summoning with Level 2 Tuner allows him to become Ice Barrier Dragon Gungnir,
By making this card's hand cost during his Special Summon his Atlantean and some water spirits
It has come to show useful work, such as activating effects.

Since it is also discarded as a cost, it can be used like 《Machina Fortress》.
However, since the opponent's Special Summon is required, there is a good chance that it will be destroyed, so overconfidence is prohibited.
Since he is a WATER that is easy to put out, it is possible to send him to other decks and use it as a material for 《Ice Barrier Dragon Gungnir》or as a release agent on the return turn.

A dragon that moves steadily. It was supposed to be a countermeasure against Sidera, but it was too late...
A card that can be used as a removal cost for 《Frost and Flame Dragon》as well as a Synchro Material.
Recently, taking advantage of the fact that this summon is on a chain, he has been strengthened enough to discard and remove Atlantean decks.

Ice dragon...? Dragon... Gon...?
It's a precedent for the Machina Fortress ruling, and the hand cost can be the card itself. So he can pop out of his hand via GY.
Overconfidence is prohibited, but it is quite a defensive ability, and it is quite good as a defense role that springs up over and over again. Cyber Dragon's meta design is not fancy.
Depending on the situation, it can also be the starting point of a counterattack on the return turn. If you have a level 2 tuner, you can aim for Gungnir. You can also pull Atlantean's trigger, so it's very expandable.
It's a passive semi-advanced, but it's an effect that's hard to see. Expect hard work.

I know it's a card made as a countermeasure against Cyber Dragon.
It didn't make any sense because it arrived late, but I can see that it was evaluated as a synchronized material.
Things are different now.
The card you discard becomes important...

A perfect card for Cyber Dragon countermeasures.
It has good defense and ATK.
But the picture is bad... it's kind of uncool...
