I will write how to turn in the combo column below. By the way, the way to win is of course with the assumption that Neo Daedalus's reset effect is a direct attack. However, it wasn't easy to win with just that, so the goal is to mix Synchro Xyz into the fight and bring Neo down when you're ready.

Strength

As Deck Compression, recruit Nept Abyss from Daevas and drop any Atlantean he likes into his GY to earn extra. The leader is the Dragon Knights. Bring Daedalus to your hand. Alternatively, you can drop snipers and hoplites on his GY to ravage the field.
Continuously fire Nepto's effects, and when his GY is sufficiently mature, declare a certain Strak name and secure a release factor or synchro material. Also, if he already has Gaeru in GY, he can use that as a release factor.
This deck doesn't have much to do with RBI, but many high-level monsters are troublesome when Xyzed, so you can stop it with a crib, or let the opponent lead beyond the control of his Atlanteans. If you are, you will interfere indirectly with your opponent by playing Trish.
Also, don't expect too much from this deck as it's hard to drop a frog into his GY.

Weakness

Not to mention indiscriminate exclusion and SS sealing, Neo will be filled with anger and sadness if he is chained with negate cards against Neo's effects. Also, you can use this effect up to 3 times, but it's rare that you have 2 Atlantis in your hand, regardless of whether you're superior or inferior, so if you stop once, you're almost defeated.
Also, it didn't twirl like the Atlantean Mermail, so its speed was pretty uneven. Therefore, if you can't draw Nepto, you can hardly move. It's helpful not to fall into the abyss because of its low stats, but it's still weak against cards that jump out of your hand from face down cards, so you need to prepare in advance how to deal with it if it stops without being able to use its effect. .
