Since I don't even use Special Summon and I have summoning sickness, I can face down my hand and play Kingdom and his Toon, and I can fight without feeling any disadvantages.
Being able to draw 3 cards without any drawbacks is huge.
I assumed various extras and prepared them, but most people don't use anything other than 《Gagaga Cowboy》.

Strength

It's like Toon has a draw source that's never been seen before, and the odds of getting both Kingdom and Toon on the first hand are much higher.
It can be said that the part I wanted most was reinforced because I wanted to collect defense cards such as 《Magic Reflector》and a formation that can not be broken.
Don't forget to do things like turn your hand face down before using a treasure card, and attack if you can.
Anyway, you can earn a lot of cards, so I'm happy that it doesn't bother you whether you go first or second.

Weakness

When you can draw, it's fine, but Life Scrape and Greedy Humility tend to stick together more than 2 copies, so you may need to adjust the number of Greedy Humility.
However, the probability of attracting the kingdom will decrease, but I don't want to increase the number of terafos that can only be field searched... 《Primary Armistice》? 《Upstart Goblin》?
Also, 《Card of Demise》has the worst compatibility with 《Toon Mermaid》and advanced toons, so the toons that can be used are limited, and the contents of his deck will be revealed in the first hand.

Customize

This is also the case with the weaknesses section above, but this time I prioritized 《Twin Twisters》and pulled out 《Harpie's Feather Broom》, but it's still strong when I hold it second, so I'd like to find a space.
However, it's hard to say that 《Twin Twisters》is easy to use because the hand is 0, and I'm not sure if I should return to 《Mystical Space Typhoon》.
