I've recently felt that it's a little over 2500, which is pretty big, and being able to beat 2500 even when receiving Veiler Breathle is a strength that Lightning doesn't have. When building with a HOPE Deck, choose between HOPE Ray and HOPE ONE depending on the deck type.
Hope Ray has a high kill performance, but he needs LP manipulation. Also, some ZWs are designated as Hope Lay or CNo.
