I wanted to see Hope Dragoon use it, so I put it in a rank 4 axis deck.

Deploy HOPE ONE to actively send HOPE to his GY.Although this is a limited situation, we now have a situation where we can send HOPE to his GY while excluding the opponent's monsters. It may have become easier to do the aforementioned one kill.
