You can easily draw 5 cards while laying down a powerful control board.
The drawback is that this card itself is not a card that encourages deployment, but a card that gives a bonus after deployment. What you need to compete with the top deck is not a card that can be used after deployment, but a card that will be the first move of deployment or an interference removal card to pass it. If you prioritize them, it's a card that will inevitably overflow the frame.

However, the problem is that this alone is his Continuous Spell that is powerless unless Hope can Xyz Summon.
At full use he is severely limited in the direction of his deck and extras. In addition, it is fatal that he is the worst compatible with Numeron in RUM.

Use RDM to get hope.
Even if you don't do that, with RUM you get 3 draws, and this guy alone is 2 draws.
If you put out a hope and use it by searching with 《Generation Force》, you put out a hope lay and draw 1 immediately.
The problem is that Hope Ray tends to be vanilla. Whether or not 2500 with only draws is considered strong. Also, for RUM, he is not compatible with Numeron.
