Draw acceleration card for Hope.
You can draw by paying LP every time you summon Hope. Any Hope monster will do, so you can increase the number of draws with Hope Ray or Hope ONE.
Since it activates even when summoned with RUM, it can be expected to play an active role as a powerful draw source in the Hope Deck.
The LP cost is also good because it can promote the activation of effects such as Hope Ray.
However, be aware that this card can only exist once on the field, so if you have more than one, it will spoil. If it's the cost of Samopuri, you can put it on the assumption that it will rot.
Also, it is not compatible with Numeron Force, which negates the effect even in RUM. Note that it stays on the spot while being negate and cannot be activated again.
