Playing

If you line up rank 4 Xyz with the current rules, wouldn't it be strong? So, this is a Deck that focuses on 《Giant Ballpark》, which can deploy 3 Insect Normal Monsters at once.
《Tenyi Spirit - Shthana》and 《Tenyi Spirit - Nahata》are used because they use Normal Monsters, and 《Performage Hat Tricker》is used because they deploy a large number of monsters.
You can revive 《Shiny Black "C" Squadder》with 《Daigusto Emeral》and 《Traptrix Allomerus》, so you can arrange Rank 4 Xyz relatively easily.
My goal is to get Number F0: Utopic Draco Future with 2 Xyz and Infinitrack Fortress Megaclops with 3 Xyz.

Strength

Its strengths are the high versatility of Rank 4 and the high control power of 《Number F0: Utopic Draco Future》.
Assuming you have one Normal Monster in GY, use Giant Ballpark to Xyz Summon 3 monsters → Xyz Summon Daigusto Emeral and Traptrix Allomerus to revive GY's monster → Xyz Summon another Rank 4 monster. From this flow, you can easily issue 《Number F0: Utopic Draco Future》.
In some cases, the all-purpose counter 《Fists of the Unrivaled Tenyi》is also added.

Weakness

If you can't draw 《Giant Ballpark》or if you go first, you will end up with only one rank 4, so you will be overwhelmed by the amount of resources. For the time being, 《Number 41: Bagooska the Terribly Tired Tapir》can be delayed to some extent, but...
Also, since you only have 《Number S39: Utopia the Lightning》to counter monsters with resistance that cannot be targeted by effects and cannot be destroyed by effects, you will be at a disadvantage against opponents who can use such monsters over and over again.

Customize

《Forbidden Droplet》is recommended as a countermeasure against resistance. It's strong that you can cut 《Gokipole》in your hand and deploy monsters at the same time. However, since the price is high, it seems better to compromise around 《Storming Mirror Force》.
