If there is 1 or more monster(s) on the field of the controller of this card, his/her opponent cannot place a monster on the field if his/her number of monsters would exceed the number of monsters that are on the field of this card's controller. The cards that are already on the field before this card's activation are unaffected by this effect.

It works well with his Deck, which fights alone, and prevents the opponent from deploying properly.
It's especially good against his Deck, which mainly uses summoning methods like Synchro, Xyz, and Link.
Even if his deck is centered on fusion and rituals, there are many decks that start deploying after searching for fusion cards and ritual cards with Normal Summon, so it has a certain amount of influence.

His Continuous Spell, which appeared in Season 3 and has a deployment-restricting effect, allows the opponent to enter more monsters than that in the Colosseum if there is one or more monsters on this side. Gone.
Especially if you have 1 monster here, you can't do most S, X, or Link Summons except by special methods. Depending on the situation, almost nothing can be done.
Excessive monsters will refuse to set or return from temporary exclusion, so if you use it well, you can also prevent the return of Kozubure.
On the other hand, you are free to put out monsters yourself, and the only downside is that the number of monsters your opponent can put into play will increase, so if your opponent ends their turn without creating a good board, you can just kill them from your super-deployment. If you can do it, the disadvantages are irrelevant.
When this card first came out, I couldn't think of the idea that if the binding power itself is so strong, even one turn would be enough for that period of time.
On the other hand, it is also a card with a strong habit that the restraint will be weakened or collapsed immediately by a little thing such as the number of monsters in your field becoming 0 or 2, and it is also an affordable search method on top of being quite weak. It doesn't exist, and if you try to do something about it, you have to rely on general-purpose cards that are slow to search or have strong quirks such as activation conditions. It can be said to be a typical example of a completely unreliable type of card that feels as weak as it is.
Spell Trap cards that only crack backs are less common than in the past, and even with the current top-tier themes, it's not natural that low-level monsters with the ability to remove backs exist in the main. So it's easier to function as a meta than when it first appeared...
It's the kind of card that if you use it but it doesn't work after a few tries, if you're impatient, you're likely to say "this is wrong" and immediately bye bye from the deck.

By making only one stand up, the opponent will only be able to produce one monster, and in effect the opponent will not be able to Synchro, Xyz, or Link.
Note that unlike 《Rivalry of Warlords》and 《Gozen Match》, it can't show its effect if it's put out later, so it's easy to rot when attacking second. I want to leave the suppression to Kaikoro and make the monsters that stand still have strong resistance.
Especially good with the Timelord. It has combat and effect destruction resistance on its own, and target resistance can be added with 《Mound of the Bound Creator》. If you add Metaion or Gabion, you can show your true potential even from the second attack.

It goes very well with the single ace deck, and even in the event of an accident, it can demonstrate the minimum amount of control.
While there are many removals with monster effects, there are some decks that do not touch the back until they draw Lightning Storm if the development is blocked. Even if you stand it up, it's not impossible to seal it off. Rock is so powerful.
Furthermore, since even the number of monsters set is counted, even if you set Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring when you can't draw a deployment card, you can lock the opponent's board. As you all know, the Yokai Musume series has fairly high defensive power, and depending on the Deck, it is often impossible to break through 《Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring》set under 《Kaiser Colosseum》.
Also, for the convenience of fighting alone, it is compatible with a construction that special summons one from the EX Deck to the EX monster zone and fights, and in that case, there is synergy such as granting resistance with 《Sky Striker Mecha - Eagle Booster》. If you do this, even with Red-Eyes Fusion, which is by far the weakest all-fusion method, he will be established as a Deck. In addition, it is a simple prayer game

A type of card that can be locked with one card.
Since it is a Continuous Spell, depending on the opponent, it is quite difficult if you set up with a single monster that attacks first.
In addition to referring to the number of monsters here, if you do not place at least one, it will not be effective, so I would like to consider placing a monster with a high status or a monster with a good presence.
And in the case of the second attack, the effect is thin after being lined up by the opponent.
Overseas, it may be banned before 《Mystic Mine》.

Since removal by monster effects is becoming mainstream, I think that the value is relatively increasing.
I think it's easier to stagnate if you fight while placing only one monster with high hit points and strong resistance like Phantasm Strak.
The beauty of this is that there are no restrictions.

Comprehensive evaluation: A lock card that can be used in his deck that uses a specific monster alone.
Limit the number of opponent's monsters so that they do not exceed the number of your own monsters, but if you have 2 or more, you will be targeted for Link Summons.
Therefore, it is narrow to use it in his deck that protects and operates only one body.
His former Bujin and Kana, which is his Metabeat deck.
If it's a single monster with resistance, it's good to have a good effect.
The difficulty is that it is out when it is deployed first, and that there is no search means.
Even if there is a card that can destroy this card by itself, it's useless, and I feel there are a lot of restrictions.

It's a card that restricts the opponent's development, and basically Synchro, Xyz, Link, and Pendulum are lined up horizontally, so it sticks.
You will not be locked at all, but the more monsters you have, the weaker the binding power will be.
Therefore, it is easy to use it in his Deck, where he can fight by himself.
There was occasional demand, but after about 15 years, it was reprinted in an unexpected place called Phantasm Strak.

A card that doesn't negate the effect of the card, but can't be used multiple times in the first place, so it doesn't even allow the opponent to deploy it.
If you can maintain this card well, your opponent will become a toilet whose roots have stopped.
The drawback is that he doesn't have enough search cards because he's a Continuous Spell.
It goes well with the theme of a few elites, and this one card can cause your opponent to stop functioning.

While Magic Bell Cave metamorphoses monster effects based on the difference in the number of monsters, this one suppresses monster deployment itself in the first place.
Due to its nature, it is preferable to have a control monster that is as self-contained as possible, and it is preferable to have a high RBI.
Continuous Spell lacks support and allows at least one deployment, so it's surprisingly difficult to stack as a meta card, but it's powerful enough to make you frown when it's suddenly activated.

A card that works great with the Timelord.
With the Timelord, Metaion and Gabion have mass removal, and even if he has a negate effect, he can bounce the deck with Camion, so it works well in terms of resetting the opponent's deployment on his own. If you activate this card as it is, you will be able to shut out the development to a large extent.
Also, for the Timelord, who is weak on the first turn, having this card in their opening hand will be very helpful, and it will give them an edge in the fight.
Even so, if there are too many monsters of the containment system deployed, there is nothing we can do about it, so should we consider that there is a corresponding risk? In order to break through that situation, I would like to use it together with sweeping removal cards such as 《Raigeki》, 《Dark Hole》, 《Lightning Storm》, and 《Evenly Matched》.

Don't get me wrong, it's a Continuous Spell, not a Field Spell.
It goes well with Decks that don't deploy many monsters, such as Sky Striker Ace.
Relying on high-ranking monsters to remove spell traps, he's a big hit against the deck.

A field that is prohibited overseas. It is easy to use in decks that deal with cards that have low deployment power but have excellent single performance, and such decks can be countermeasures against decks that excel in mass deployment.
A particularly effective effect against Decks that deploy a large number of monsters side by side. It's powerful if it fits in the mold, and there are still many such decks, so there are many opponents to stick.
Among the meta cards, it is also great that it is easy to search because it is a field.
The only drawback is that it is fragile against removal. In addition, as mentioned above, it is a card that should be handled in a deck that tends to be slow, so if you are slow, you will be afraid of the aftermath of being broken through. There is a high possibility that the force that the opponent cannot deploy and has accumulated will be released at once. It may also have already been deployed and it may be too late. Compared to overseas, there are more general-purpose removals in Japan, so I would like to have a good counter method.
The meta is a little unstable, and the impression of a card for experts is that there are many difficult parts in terms of arbitration.

A Continuous Spell that can be considered for adoption in Sin, the Timelord, etc.
If you try to use this, you also need to reduce the number of monsters, and this card itself is a double-edged sword because it can be easily removed with Cyclone.

Since the end of 2018, the Continuous Spell card has been gradually rising.
The adoption rate is increasing as a deployment obstruction card in decks that can fight alone like Sky Striker Ace and his meta beat decks like Subterror. The reason it's skyrocketing is that while it's a fairly old card, it hasn't been reprinted at all for its increasing importance.
It is one that I want to collect for the future.

I'm happy to be able to keep a large amount of my opponent's monsters in check!
However, the monsters that were put out before the activation are meaningless, and it is often too late.
Also, it can't be used without a monster, and it can be a "I'll hold it all together!" This can also lead to poor poverty.
However, since it's the era of X, P, and L, it's very annoying not to be able to line up more than one!

Recently, there are a lot of decks of his that have the ability to deploy, and it is strong to be able to check them all at once. Very useful in a few elite decks. If you leave only one powerful monster, your opponent will inevitably be unable to S・X except under special conditions, so you may not be able to do anything about it. However, it is meaningless if it is activated after the opponent deploys or if there are no monsters, so it is completely useless when you are in a pinch, and it is also difficult to deploy here. card in question. If you think about the construction and use it well, it will kill most decks.

A card that will kill your opponent's development from the root if you can maintain it.
Combined with "The despair URANUS", by protecting him with a holy spear, etc., you can achieve the "Norma that allows monsters to exist" and the "Norma that protects the Coliseum itself".
It's a very difficult card to deal with, so check the ruling carefully before using it.

A card that has been getting a lot of attention lately thanks to Bujin.
Basically, Yamato and other beast warriors Bujin are set up and maintained.
Synchro, Xyz, etc., where you set up a large monster and beat it, you may be able to shut it all out with just this one card.
However, like his other Continuous Spells, it's a fragile existence that can be easily destroyed by Psych Storm, so let's consider how to maintain it.

A card that doesn't have much development power, but has good compatibility with categories that have a lot of support, or that have a lot of support. Personally, I like using magic to protect Junon with Thora and a shield while removing and directing. Evilswarm seems to be a good match if you establish a removal method.

The most famous one is the Toon Coliseum, which combines Toon and 《Secret Village of the Spellcasters》with this card. Both Synchro and Xyz decks are based on development, so the influence is quite large. However, please note that the effect will not be demonstrated if there are no monsters in your field. Also, it's complicated in terms of rules...

I think it's almost a must-have card for his deck, such as Ninja and Skidre.
If you don't include 《Soul Drain》, 《Macro Cosmos》, Necrovalley, Skidre, Village, Sanctuary, etc., you won't be able to deal with the current environment. On the contrary, if you master it, you can defeat all the strongest in the current environment.

Annoying Emperor Monarch arena with rules.
Although it can be easily cracked by some bugs, there really aren't many cards that stick like this now that emphasizes deployment power.
However, when the monsters are annihilated, it is regrettable that the binding force is lost at once. I wonder if that is the problem that prevents them from being top-notch as a rock band...

A rather tight lock card.
Currently, it is necessary to line up multiple units in both Synchro and Xyz, so it has the strength to meta the top card of the current environment.
However, although it is not as much as 《Pole Position》, it requires a certain amount of skill and knowledge to master due to the number of adjustments and difficult rules.
