Playing

Doesn't Dark Hero Zombia have some kind of synergy with HERO!? → Let's become a masked hero → Then let's mix it with HERO → And Toon is just like an American comic
Since it's a deck with an image that preceded it, I was going to make it a blatantly fan-themed deck, but it turned out to be surprisingly strong, so I registered it as a beatdown.
First of all, I will make a clear statement, but even with this build, you can move as a Masked HERO. Mask change second is really great.
To put it briefly, why is it an image of using a degraded HERO and attacking a projectile with a Toon that has become extremely popular?
Level 4 Toon is good, isn't it? Before I knew it, the Goblin assault force had turned into a pretty nasty unit if Kingdom had one.
Also, the deck number is 45, but with 40 cards, I lost 4 consecutive deck outs. Kingdom's effects, HERO's and his Toon's search, the amount of deck reduction is relatively Mach
After some research, I found that someone posted a deck recipe that mixed Toon and HERO. It's been a second brew, but if you don't mind, please come along.

Strength

What you can do by mixing Toon and HERO is
Toon Duminai + Darkrow → Removed from hand monsters
(When there is a wall monster) Able to attack Toon Monster + mask change second → direct attack with Toon → change mask and destroy wall monster →
(Since it is a Toon Monster, you can take advantage of the fact that you can change masks during this battle phase. In the case of Diane's ability to call a Duminai Goblin, and Anki's ability to call a Masked Mage, you can also make use of its destruction effect.)
《Comic Hand》+ mask change second → The above actions are possible on any turn. This comic change is strong, but if you increase the number of 《Comic Hand》, it's easy to get into an accident, so be careful. On the other hand, I think it will be strong if you put 3 Mask Change Seconds in pure Toon.
Regarding the operation of Bubbleman → It seems difficult to use Bubbleman with this number of monsters, but let's drop Bubbleman and Toon Mermaid to GY by some means (Blazeman, Laval)
If you bring these two in the salvage, you can Special Summon both of them even after using the summoning right. Reducing your hand to 0 cards is easy with Fusion or Mask Change Second.
Dark Hero Zombia + Mask Change Second → Something like a hero whose body is gradually rotting is strengthened and does not rot, that's Exceed Gills
I wrote it like a joke, but I don't think it's bad to be able to hit another shot from 2100 RBI. You can also use a powerful M-Hero like Darklaw or Anki, and you can negate the disadvantages of not being able to attack directly and power down.

Weakness

After all, the lack of defense due to the minimum level of general-purpose frames, the high accident rate due to mixing themes, and the lack of means to protect his Toon kingdom.
As for the general-purpose frame, it was built to some extent. If you give up the fusion elements other than the mask change, I think you can probably put it in normally, but even though there is Acid, you should probably put in feather brooms and cyclones.
And about the high accident rate due to mixing themes, it can be managed to some extent. Because the search card itself is a lot.
And as for the means to protect the Kingdom... Currently we have Key Beetle, 《Dark Bribe》, and 《Solemn Judgment》, but depending on the situation, something like 《Field Barrier》might also be an option.
After that, his deck is out due to the effect of search and kingdom, but this was resolved by increasing his deck to 45 cards. Right now, I haven't lost to Deck out, but
If you increase it too much, the stability is not good even when folded, and it may become just a stack of paper.
