I've written this far, but if you don't have contact fusion, you don't need to put Neos on the field, and fusion and Neos search overlap with Vion, so even if you have an accident element of N, Spirit, Connector, and this card, you can't put out Isolde. You don't have to do it, do you?
N and the connector aren't HERO, so it's tough because they can't be used as materials.
If you use Instant Contact to activate Sunrise, you can use the leftover fusion to set up Despheny, so you can outperform it, but that's the only strength you have.
