This time I made his Deck of Hope Dragoon axis
Basically, you can endure slowly with 《Battle Fader》or his Ghostrick, draw with Mystic Piper, and attack when your opponent is out of breath.
When you're ready, use Treeborn Frog or Kinka Neko to reveal your roots, discard RUM, and summon Dragoon.
As expected, 3 Argents doesn't have much RUM, so I used 2 Limibari that can also be used by Downard Magicians.
It depends on the situation, but I think it's basically Kinka Neko.
Since Kinka Neko is a spirit, you can use its effect repeatedly as long as you use the summoning right, so I would like to avoid using myself as a material for X summoning.

Strength

If you have RUM in your hand and Hope Dragoon and Kurivolt on the field
1: With the 《Kurivolt》effect, remove the roots that are the material of Dragoon, and 《Kurivolt》ss
2: GY's roots ss with dragoon effect
3: RUM discarded and revived roots in 2 to Dragoon
4 《Kurivolt》Roots ss with 2 bodies
5: Negate the attacks of 2 dragoons with root effects, and attack with roots that have ATK 10500

Also, since there are a lot of cards to survive the battle phase, it's not easy to get one-killed, and it's interesting that you can stop the attack, so I think your opponent will be frustrated. (smile)

Weakness

Of course GY is sealed, but various metas such as effect negate will stick
It's painful that you can't get ad unless you basically go through battle
If Wanfu is there, you can't even develop it in the first place (tearful eyes)
