"Hope Emperor Deck" Deck 2021

I added various cards to Strak to build a Hope Deck.
The reason why the number of cards in the deck is 60 is that there are cards like 《Double or Nothing!》and 《ZW - Pegasus Twin Saber》that you don't want to see in your hand. That's the reason.
Anyway, it is a construction that specializes in arranging level 4. 《NO.39 Utopia Double》is the top priority, and various Hopes and Numbers will be derived from this card.
《Ultimate Leo Utopia Ray》is what I want to set up first. Equipped with 《ZW - Pegasus Twin Saber》, it boasts the sexual pressure of being able to negate monster effects on the field twice in one turn. This card can be derived from 《NO.39 Utopia Double》, and if you have 《Zexal Field》or 《Hyper Rank-Up-Magic Utopiforce》in GY, you can get it directly from 《NO.99 Utopia Dragner》to secure materials.
If you attack second, if you can line up 《NO.39 Utopia Double》and 《Number 39: Utopia》, you can search for 《Double or Nothing!》with 《NO. If you stand a monster with ATK 4000 or less in attack position, you can kill it with one blow. Level 4 is his Deck that can easily line up with about 4 enemies, so it's pretty easy to kill one second attack.

It's very powerful against monsters, but it becomes vulnerable when the opponent is his Spell Trap-based control deck.
I'm not good at getting my first move crushed, and since my hand is consumed so much, even if I'm attacked when I'm lined up and my posture is broken, I can't recover and the game is almost over.
