Draw source for level 1 decks.
It is easy to put into play with 0 offense and defense, and there are no strict restrictions like Card Car D.
However, due to the name turn 1 limit, it is difficult to abuse it by lining up with a runaway summon and drawing a large amount.

It's a super-draw source for metamorphic decks that are made by a relatively large number of people because of its extraordinary peculiarity, such as level 1 Fulmon.
Kinka-neko, who is a level 1 ally, conveniently revives without negate the effect, and unlike Card Car D, there are no troublesome restrictions on release, and in anime there is no level 1 tie.
In his normal deck, Duston has a lot of level 1s, including Hell Security and 《Goblin King》, so it's easy to use. It's not as easy to handle as Fulmon, though.

If you're going to use 1 star as your main, it might not hurt to include it.
Especially compatibility with Kinka cat is good!
Being able to draw 1 or 2 cards every turn is more than excellent.

A Deck that can revive low-level decks is likely to demonstrate tremendous spinning power. I want to use the second trigger on a low level axis as well.

In some cases it can speed up Deck considerably.
Especially recommended for his deck with Kinka Neko, who often uses level 1 monsters.
It's a monster version of Legacy of Yata-Garasu, so at least it's not weak.
