Playing

Due to the new restrictions, Dragon Ruler is restricted, so I thought about whether I could use it somehow, and decided to match it with sin, which has many Dragons and is compatible with Skidre.
Sin Red Eye is level 7 and Dragon and Special Summon are ready, so by combining it with Dragon Ruler it is easy to get Rank 7 Sacks and Big Eyes. In addition, even if you have used 2 sin red eyes and red eyes remain in the deck, you can drop them as a dragon ruler removal cost at the mausoleum.

Strength

As a main move, you can aim for rank 7 with sin Red Eyes and Dragon Ruler, or aim for rank 8 with sin free even if Genki Gensui is stopped by Veiler.

Weakness

This deck of his can barely fight his Evilswarm with a saichen. Although he has Skidre, he is much harder to beat against Evilswarm because he is more likely to not draw.

Customize

Since there are many targets for Eclipse's search, I think you can try increasing Eclipse to 3. Also, since there are quite a lot of things to exclude by combining with sin, I think that it is okay to load DDR.
