Overall Rating: Can be used to revive Winged Beasts.
Even by itself, you can release yourself and use it to revive his Winged Beast.
With Dragunity, other tuners are prioritized and difficult to use, but with Winged Beast main, maybe.

It's subtle if it's Dragunity. used for business trips.
In Dragon Ruler, it was used as a 3 star tuner that could be searched from the valley. I took out Toradora from here and forcibly brought it to One Kill.
Also used to revive dancers and channelers with his Harpie. Since it is a wind dragon, it works well with Tempest, and I was able to search for a pet dragon.
Recently, 《Rebirth Judgment》became an OCG, but when GY is his Winged Beast, he can revive himself and an infinite loop occurs. Hope for the future.

A Level 3 Tuner who can reanimate lesser Winged Beasts by releasing his Dragunity of Dragons.

A card that is often active in the Winged Beast Deck from "Dragunity". The "Harpie" Deck can be connected to "Hunting Grounds" and "Kaleidoscopes", making it a useful resurrection tool. If anything, he appears more in the Winged Beast Deck than in Dragunity.
I recommend Falcon and his Harpie as monsters.
Since it's a tuner, I don't think it's bad that you can choose between synchronizing or calling a falcon or something to strike.

After all, the combo with Falcon is the best.
I'll use the summoning right, but since it's a Winged Beast all-purpose resurrection, I'd like to expect it to play an active part in that aspect as well.
The fact that this card itself is a Dragon sounds unexpectedly well.
It's really wonderful that Limit Reverse can be used as an all-purpose bird and beast revival, not just for Falcon.
