The effect itself is Monster Reincarnation, which has no cost and doesn't care about targets, so it's highly versatile.
However, it can't be used for free, and lag will occur if you can't activate the effect during the recovery turn after going through the battle. Now that the speed is increasing, it will be shunned at this point.
However, sets and summons are allowed. It works well with cards that can be activated during your opponent's turn. If it's a monster that doesn't form a chain, it can't even be seen as a real resurrection card.
It has a strong habit, and even recovery cards that can be activated unconditionally in the current environment tend not to be prioritized, so it feels difficult to handle.
Is it performance enough to make it surreal? That's also a question.

A Quick-Play Spell that can salvage anything as long as it is successfully destroyed in battle. Since there is a lag, it is desirable to collect cards that can be used during the opponent's turn if possible. There are parts that are difficult to use, but if there is a card that you want to secure no matter what, you may consider adopting it.

Although it requires battle destruction, it is an all-purpose salvage, so it has high versatility.
It's a Quick-Play Spell, so it's easy to activate when you think you'll be able to get through the battle, and it's easy to avoid ending up in a whiff.
However, depending on the activation conditions and disadvantages, will the target to be collected be the resource for the next turn, or will it be in the form of picking up triggers and traps to prepare for the opponent's turn?
If it can be activated during the opponent's turn, the range of choices will expand, but it may be a little difficult.
It's convenient, but it's a card that leaves the impression that it's just one step away from adopting it due to its subtle inconvenience.

I got dog food with a big reversal from 《Edge of the Ring》.
A card that has the effect of salvaging one of his GY cards when an opponent's monster is destroyed by battle with his monster's attack, and a restriction that the effect of that card cannot be activated during that turn.
Collecting monsters requires a hand cost, but since you have 《Monster Reincarnation》, you can also collect Spell Trap. However, if it's a trap card, you can almost ignore the restrictions that can't be activated, but it's a so-called exposed trap. If the spell card is not his Quick-Play Spell, you will have to wait until your next turn to activate it, so it is extremely late. There is also a way to recover the hand trigger without paying the hand cost, but after all, revealing the existence to the opponent will greatly reduce the surprise attack.
Destroying the opponent's monster in battle, which is a condition for activation, is not always a target, and depending on the opponent, it may be rotten. It's almost a dead card against opponents with conspicuous battle destruction resistance and opponents who don't use monsters.
Even though it's an all-purpose salvage, the double burden of activation conditions and activation restrictions is painful, and I can't deny the feeling that it's a slow and heavy card.

It can be recovered with both spells and traps, so what is written is extremely strong. Quick-Play Spell is also good. However, after adding it, there is a slight lag, so it is difficult to use. Therefore, the card is a little tough without a frame.

All-purpose GY recovery. As long as you don't activate the effect, you can summon/Special Summon monsters as they are, and (quick attack) Spells/Traps can be set without any problem. Needless to say, it's a card trigger. If possible, it would be ideal if you could collect cards that can be moved during the opponent's turn. The process of defeating the opponent in battle and destroying the monster is necessary, but even if you subtract that, you can expect to gain a considerable advantage.
