That said, I'm not sure if it can compete with Mugen Awakage, Effect Veiler, Mayoi Kaze, and Fiendish Chain.

The draw effect is excellent, so keep it in your hand while drawing and use it as insurance when you need it.

It's hard to say that the draw effect is completely easy to use, such as the summoning chain stopping with this card and the fact that it can't function on its own.
