If you satisfy the effect of (1) and attack twice, you can aim for multiple battle destruction and large damage due to the status reduction effect of (2), which I think is excellent.
To Synchro Summon while fulfilling the effect of (1), use ``B.F.'' If you have a Deck, search for ``B.F. After playing "B.F - Azusa the Spirit Bow", you can revive "B.F - Twin Bow of Consecutive Attacks" with the resurrection card dedicated to "B.F", so I don't think there is a problem.

Since he has a double attack, there are cards such as Gusto, SR, ww, etc. that restrict him to only WIND during that turn.
However, WIND level 8 has a lot of excellent cards such as Crystal Wing and Kai Drake, so I'd like to discuss the frame.

A card that requires a crystal-like summoning condition, although it is an 8 synchro without binding.
Since he has two attacks that are OK for direct attacks, he has a high ability to take LP.
Depending on the situation, it can be used to weaken monsters below 3800, but since it is quite roundabout, it seems that in many cases it is better to use a lemon type that can aim for total removal with its effect from the beginning.
The effect of (3) doesn't match the activation conditions at all, but the multiplier is not good, but depending on the situation, it may be a leading firepower, so it's better than nothing.
It's a card that's completely offensive, so I think it'll be an option in his deck aiming for crystals.

If you summon an S monster as a material, you can attack twice, and if you do battle damage to your opponent, you will weaken the opponent's monster. BF's Synchro Monster with the effect of giving the corresponding burn.
The double attack effect competes with Crystal Wing when using normal S monsters as materials, so I want to use the ability to use Synchro Tuner. Azusa is conveniently a synchro tuner, so it would be nice to combine it with a big bow hit.
Honestly, I want the weakening effect in battle destruction before the battle, but it's a level that can't be used when attacking twice. The burn effect is also not compatible with the double attack, but when you destroy the wall, you can revive Azusa and aim for 2800 burn with Azusa's effect.
Individual effects are quite good, but none of them mesh well. Still, this double attack from his ATK should be the cornerstone of BF.

B・F with two attacks that can be put out from the WW set because there is no binding.
I want to use it properly with crystal depending on the situation.

① is an effect that allows you to attack twice when S summoned using an S monster as material. For the time being, if it's within B and F, it's a design that can be obtained by using Azusa as a material, but there are no restrictions on S materials, so it's possible to use WW gimmicks.
② is a RBI down effect, but since this card itself has to deal battle damage, it seems likely that it will be used for the purpose of pushing the opponent down when you are superior.
③ Conversely, it is a recovery when battle damage is not given, but you have to be careful that this card itself must remain in play. Is it a condition that is easy to satisfy if the opponent is only Defense Position monsters?
That being said, it's a card with a bit of a peculiarity, but the double attack of ① is enough to differentiate it from others, so I think it has a chance to play an active role.

I'm happy that I can get it out with one ice bell
I'm happy that the choice between crystal and this has increased

There is no tuner designation, but if you want to use continuous attacks, you have to use S as a material, and to be honest, without this effect, it's pretty tough in level 8S, so you can say that it's actually a material designation.
It is aggressive with consecutive attacks on passing stats and weakens the entire body, making it easy to use when multiple monsters are lined up on the opponent's field.
However, this kind of situation is usually a pinch, and it is doubtful whether this card can be summoned or attacked in such a situation. I feel that the effect of 2 is a little perishable.
It's a 3 burn, but it doesn't mesh with its own aggressive 1 and 2 effects, so it's almost like a bonus.
Overall, I feel that the engagement of the effect is bad. For better or worse, it's like Shinji.
Attacking twice at level 8S is valuable, but there are real material restrictions, and there are many other excellent level 8S. I think it is necessary to make use of not only the effect but also the race.
