The effect is temple-dependent, and even if there is a temple, Makani is often enough.

Salvage is strong with themes that are easy to send to GY, but I tend to assume the role of being sent to GY at the cost of being searched by Isolde and summoned by Makani.
Mulan Grace tends to be used relatively often, so it is sent to increase water, but after the turn, it shows its true potential.
As mentioned above, it is often left as water for Mulan Grace, but it is used to bring out his second Elemental Lord... but it doesn't go that far.

With the effect of (1), I think it's excellent that you can salvage your favorite "Elementsaber" and "Elemental Lord" monsters other than those with the same name.
With Palace of the Elemental Lords, I can convert the hand cost from his deck into his GY manure, so I don't think it's wasted.
I think the effect of (2) is useful when using a monster that requires a monster with a specific attribute of his GY as a Special Summon condition, such as an "Elemental Lord" monster.

This card has no card power at all.
Elementsaber is only there to give Willard resistance to effect destruction, and Elementsaber does not have the luxury of allocating summoning rights to Naru.

Elementsaber of water is responsible for salvage.
A strong deck of GY Fertilizer, he has a high need for salvage in Elementsaber, especially in situations with 《Palace of the Elemental Lords》, which can also increase your hand. Also, if 《Palace of the Elemental Lords》exists, this card can mimic Search by salvaging the cards dropped from the Deck. So if he's an Elementsaber, he'll have both Deck and GY at range.
