Spellcaster Link 2.
The effect of (1) is 《Spellbook Library of the Crescent》. Unlike over there, he can use her spellbook even if GY has it.
The release reduction effect of (2) is not bad, but it's just plain hard to use with the Spellbook Deck. I really want to allocate summon rights to Battelle, Tempel, etc., and Junon can do his Special Summon with his own effect.
Overall, the card is a little difficult to use. I think even one is enough if you put it in a spellbook deck.

The summoning conditions may look tough at first glance, but there are surprisingly many Spellcasters that can be Special Summoned, such as Jester Confit and Hat-Tricker. It will be excellent in terms of advertisement.
In particular, 2 types of Sakuri, El Shaddoll, Midrash, etc. that come out of Instant Fusion can be used as link materials, and you can completely revive them with Spellbook of Life, so I think this card's unique strengths.
Furthermore, if it can be derived into LINK-3's Summon Sorceress, it will be possible to demonstrate the ability to deploy sideways, which is not typical of Madou. (Summon Sorceress is also her Spellcaster.)
It may be interesting to try to build a specialized build by adopting ad sources such as 《Witch of the Black Forest》or Kaguya.
It wasn't a particularly eye-catching effect among the LVP haunted performance cards, but I think it's finished as a unique and dexterous card like Madou as mentioned above.
If I wanted to, I wanted the same 1800 RBI as the Runaway Summoner. . .

The effect of 2 allows him to overrule the release of Spellcaster, but he is not a Special Summon and is not an additional expansion that does not use summons for summoning, so it is highly likely that he can not use it on the turn it is linked.
I got the impression that Link 2 is too strict for magic where the effect of 1 is what you're looking for, and if you want to use the effect of 2, the material restrictions are too strict.
In LVP2, there was Max whose effect was blown away even though it was a Link 1, so if it came out late, it might have been a Link 1 tied to magic monsters.

② I think it's probably a Ramor summon or an effect for dealing with card accidents.
If you want to use both effects, it is recommended that you use GY as a deck type and then add Spellbook to GY before it works.

When it first came out, I was disappointed because I had high hopes for him as an ace, but I learned that if he used it well, he would become an unsung hero, so I will review my evaluation.
First of all, thanks to 《Instant Fusion》and 《Jester Confit》, it is possible to start from other than 《Spellbook Magician of Prophecy》, which is a good point. Also, the EX Spellcaster that can be deployed by sending two Spellcasters to GY is strong, securing the cost of 《Spellbook of Life》, 《Witch of the Black Forest》to 《Silent Magician》, 《Summoner Monk》to Witch while searching for 《Dark Armed Dragon》. Searching and activating 《Spellbook of Knowledge》from Crowley expanded the range of deployment considerably, such as 3 GY Yami. Also, it is possible that his Spellcaster that can be Special Summoned and the card that puts Spellcaster into play can be indirectly transformed into a Spellbook, so the probability of his Special Summon of High Priestess of Prophecy is slightly increased.

Spellbook is searchable, albeit randomly.
