It's one of the Ultras in the Link Pack, but it's inferior in performance compared to the others, so it's a bad position.
It's a Link Monster given to Madou, but was it necessary because Madou has no deployment power in the first place...?
The effect of 1 is almost Cressen.
The effect of 2 allows him to overrule the release of Spellcaster, but he is not a Special Summon and is not an additional expansion that does not use summons for summoning, so it is highly likely that he can not use it on the turn it is linked.
