It's a fairly easy-to-use effect as a dedicated resurrection... but since Mythical Beast is based on P monsters, it's pretty inconvenient if you try to use it within a category. So I think it will be mainly used in other magic counter decks.
The monster effect is magic counter generation and status halving. For Mythical Beast, two counters are within the margin of error, so I don't think you'll have any trouble finding the right timing to use them. The effect of halving is also rather troublesome, and it is possible to make the opponent hesitate in battle.
Its use in Mythical Beast is a little tricky, but I think it's a useful card for reviving Magic Counter Decks and assisting in combat.
