A low class Mythical Beast with a Pendulum effect that revives a monster that can place a magic counter and places one magic counter, and a monster effect that halves the attack and defense of monsters only in the battle phase.
The Pendulum Deck and Resurrection don't work well together, so you'll mainly be using it for Mythical Beasts that fell due to hand fusion in a mixed deck with Magic Warrior Breaker or his Odd-Eyes.
