His deck is an Endymion Deck that equips Jester Confit with Wonder Wand, draws, activates Hidden Armory to earn magic counters, and reuses it with Magical Exemplar. .
Let's choose on the spot whether to strengthen, weaken the opponent, or draw with Equip Spell.
The large damage with "Tempest Magician" is included as a romance.

Strength

Luckily with 《Hidden Armory》, if you can send Empress Endymion or Endymion to his GY, Mythical Beast Medusa will be revived with a magic counter on it, so if you activate the Equip Spell, the magic counter will increase even more. I think I can earn money and get around.
Even if the card you want isn't sent to GY, it will still be Deck Compressed, and even if an Equip Spell is sent to GY, you can salvage it.
The disadvantage of not being able to do Normal Summon is that Pendulum Summon and Special Summon are the main Decks, so you shouldn't think it's that inconvenient.

Weakness

Empress Endymion and Genesis Sorcerer King Endymion target and deal with the opponent's monsters, so if there is a monster with a high ATK on the opponent's field that can't be targeted, it can't be dealt with anything other than United We Stand. It may become clogged.
Another disadvantage is that you can't send a Pendulum Monster to his GY with the effect of "Wonder Wand", so you have to use "Wonder Wand" other than a Pendulum Monster.

Customize

I just put in Sacred Magician because I like it, so I think it would be nice to put in 《Jester Confit》instead, because it would be easier to call it with the effect of 《Magical Exemplar》, and 《Wonder Wand》would be easier to use.
