Probably the strongest card in Mythical Beast.
In addition to the convenient Р effect that allows you to set up Master Cerberus immediately after pulling it from Master Cerberus, you can use the monster negate effect.
The cost of the negate effect requires 2 magic counters, but it's not a big deal since he can add 2 counters per activation of his spell card, and he can remove counters from other than himself in the first place. Furthermore, there is no turn 1 limit of the same name, and the RBI is excellent in his Monarch class. Something is wrong.
He also makes good use of magic counters and is a good match for Endymion, and can be easily pulled from almost anywhere. If you bring out Spell/Trap with his negate Genesis Sorcerer, you'll be able to put a lot of pressure on your opponent.

As for the P effect, I think it's excellent that you can Special Summon "Mythical Beast Master Cerberus" by combining it with the search effect of "Mythical Beast Master Cerberus".
The effect of placing a magic counter in (1) can be connected to the monster effect negate destruction effect in (2), which I think is also excellent.
With the “Endymion” deck, you can share the magic counter support, and you can P-summon this card with his Pendulum Scale, which is an “Endymion” P-monster, so I think it works well.

It has the best compatibility with Master Cerberus, and by searching for this card with Master Cerberus, you can Special Summon Master Cerberus as it is. It's also possible to pull Jackal out of the EX Deck every turn and bring in his Mythical Beast from his Deck, as long as you have a Magic Counter.
The monster effect is that Spell puts 2 magic counters on it every time it is activated, and by removing 2 magic counters, negates the monster effect and destroys it. The speed of earning counters is amazing, but the negate effect is also powerful. It doesn't have a turn 1 with the same name, so if you line it up side by side, you can stop the monster effect accordingly.
