This card also has a strength that you can't understand unless he uses Magician. The weaker point than Astrograph is rough consumption of cards. But that doesn't bother me much with Magician's search ability. The strong point is that he can expand sideways with a pompom while there are few Magicians who can Special Summon. Synchro and Link have the strength of anything.

When it comes to search effects and hand card SS effects, the former is often prioritized throughout Yu-Gi-Oh, so Astrograph is always prioritized. And tuning is limited, and these are scale 8, so there are more situations where 3 of these cards are stacked to compensate for the drawback.

If you compare it in terms of simple performance, 《Astrograph Sorcerer》takes precedence,
It's a scale 8 that can be easily destroyed, and you can stick a scale 8 "Timegazer Magician" on it,
《Star Pendulumgraph》can be activated easily and without loss.
ATK is also 2000, which is high for a Magician.
The Special Summon effect doesn't seem very useful in the P Deck, but it can be useful if you're recruiting level 8+ monsters.

The P effect is the same as Astrograph, a switch to time writing. It would be nice if you could call this card after switching and press the Zarc summon button. His ATK on this card itself is a little lower than Astrograph, so be careful, but in exchange it has a big advantage of scale 8 with no disadvantages.
As for the monster effect, the first effect has the same trigger as Astrograph. Only here the additional effect is his Special Summon from hand. It's less useful than Astrograph, but it's a perfect effect for Rush.
This card can also summon Zarc. Since he is excellent as a P summoner before the stability of Zarc call, his Magician aiming for Zarc will be piled up with Astrograph in large numbers, but it would be better to have more entrances.
Basically, it will be appointed as Astrograph's companion. The unit performance is slightly inferior except for the scale, but it will not be a concern.
