Since the effect of 1 is a non-regular summon, you can ignore the material restrictions, but it is often required, especially at the point of attack reaction, the practicality drops suddenly.
Although the effect of 2 is his GY activation, this one is highly dependent on the other party.
Considering the fact that SR is a high-speed deployment deck, I wonder if it will be used.

Hey, roll the dice. Unlike the anime, which specified an incomprehensible "dice" monster, it specified a "speedroid" monster. The effect of ① is a trigger that is often neglected as an attack reaction type, and the effect is that he special summons his Synchro Monster with his GY and hand. I wonder if it makes sense for him to use Synchro Monster at such a late timing. Since the newly introduced 《Hi-Speedroid Kitedrake》is not a Synchro Summon, its effect cannot be used. The effect of ② must be between his Synchro Monsters, and if the opponent is his Deck that rarely uses his Synchro Monsters, there will be no chance to activate it.

I don't use dice, but it's a dice roll battle. The card itself is a Special Summon that uses SR, but there aren't many Synchro Monsters that you want to call during the Battle Phase.
The effect of 2 is quite limited, so it's probably not something you can aim for.

Even though it's called a dice roll battle, no dice are rolled.
When an opponent's monster declares an attack, it's an effect to SS the s monster with the SR of his hand and his GY, but casually his GY's SR is not limited to anything other than Tuner, so you can choose, for example, three eyes and red eyes. Possible. Since it is not treated as an S summon, it cannot satisfy resurrection restrictions or use the effects of S summoning, but it is characterized by being able to ignore the material restrictions of S monsters.
The effect with GY is basically a bonus because you need an S monster on the opponent's field, and if you don't exceed the RBI of that monster, it will only be destroyed in battle.
It would be a different story if at least I could force attacks on non-S monsters.
It's a card that seems to be able to do interesting things, but the bottleneck is the high cost and the basic attack response Trap.

Synchro has a lot of cards that are specially summoned like this.
(2) is not an effect to use on purpose. A card whose first effect should be the main consideration.
After all, the biggest advantage is that you can ignore the material restrictions, so you want to target as high-level monsters as possible, but there are problems with attack reactions, excluding 2 monsters, and not being treated as an S summon.
The highest level that can be summoned at present is 9 when the third dice + magic sword Dharma is excluded.
If you can summon Red, Archfiend, and Abyss with this, it's pretty powerful, and if it's SR, you can S summon normally, so it shouldn't spoil.
Even so, the above drawbacks can never be taken lightly, so I wonder if it will be a more romantic card.

Cards with hidden potential, high-level dice and Lloyds are likely to change,
If it's 12, you can call Skanova with Speedroid,
A Synchro Summon from GY! ? I can't do it anymore, but I think it's usually excellent.

(1) is an effect that banishes with his hand and his GY, and it's like a pseudo-sync, or something like Miracle Synchro Fusion.
(2) is very hard to read, but my point is
Let's compete with Synchro and your Synchro! effect
It's hard when the other party has to use synchro
I mean, in (1) we synchronize at the last minute, and in (2) which one is better, yours or mine?! A card that was born to be used by an anime character called
I learned later that this is the card that caused DC227 to hit rock bottom.

It seems that the dice are no longer relevant, and the speedroid tuner is currently limited to the dice.
You can forcibly perform a Synchro Summon when the opponent declares an attack, but the conditions are quite limited.
It's nice to be able to use the Speedroid Tuner that's slowing down in your hand, but removing it is pretty painful.
The second effect is pretty much a bonus since the opponent can now use his Synchro Monster.
