The fact that he can apply pressure if he's standing is something he can say to Traptrix, and he can't be used with Frecia.

Although it has high defensive power, it must be face-up to use Traptrix's effect, so there are times when you have no choice but to summon it in Attack Position. On top of that, the effect can't be used by itself, so it's a combo premise. Even if it's fine to Special Summon in Defense Position with Tio's effect, it's lower priority than Trion. It's probably one of the first candidates to pass even if you use the Traptrix Deck. (I have 3 stacks)
The effect itself is strong once decided, so it will be a first-time killer.
